'Kerb appeal' counts for so much in peoples decisions when chosing somewhere to live, especially in todays particularly tough housing market.
Firstly a visit can be arranged and, inconjunction with your estate agent, list and quote to sort any of the 'niggely' issues which may put people off in the critical first moments when the big descisions are made. Having grass nicely trimmed, driveways tidied of weeds, front doors painted are just a few things that can be the difference between people coming through the door to view or driving straight off! Alot of jobs in the house may not cost alot to fix but, again, may make a big differance if people think they have work to do if they were to buy, things like tatty paint on door frames, cracked tiles in the bathroom or kitchen, a dripping tap can all stick in peoples minds if they are looking at many houses.
Once this is done we can also come round on a fortnightly/monthly basis to maintain the appeal. We will cut the grass or clear the leaves from the garden, dependant on the time of year, clean the windows and the doors to keep the viewers interested.
